Zahavah Kay

Associate

Zahavah Kay graduated Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. She joins Greenspan Partners LLP as an associate, following the completion of her articles with the firm. Prior to her articles, Zahavah interned at the firm through the Osgoode Law Criminal Law Intensive program during second year and summered afterwards. While a law and articling student, Zahavah has directly participated in several significant trial matters, included a lengthy jury trial. Zahavah is passionate about advocacy, and was selected to represent Osgoode in the 2023 Arnup Cup mooting competition. Zahavah participated in Osgoode’s Trial Advocacy program and received the Art and Science of Advocacy Prize, and The Honourable Paul Bentley Prize for Professionalism. Zahavah is dedicated to defending persons charged with all manner of offences.
